Brief Answer:
Lose weight.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Your borderline TSH which is putting you in subclinical range, is not autoimmune, it is because of your being overweight. If you come down to 67 kg, you will be in euthyroid range.
Your hair fall can be taken care by multi vitamins, calcium, and iron supplements. Weight loss with diet and exercise and may be Metformin. None is explained by TSH of 8.1. so madam, forget TSH and chase weight.
If still you think thyroid needs to be balanced quickly then you may start tab. Thyrox. Avoid any food or beverage over tablet for another 30 minutes.
I hope this answers your query.
Take care.
