Brief Answer:
Yes
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is very common for diabetics to lose weight in the period when the diabetes was not yet diagnosed or early when in treatment.. your weight shall return slowly on stabilization of your blood glucose level.. Also you should eat balanced diet with one or two servings of carbohydrates daily to help yourself gain weight.. Also if you keep losing weight then you might need to refer to your doctor to decrease the dose of your medications.
I hope you find this helpful..
