Question: Hi Doctor,
I have been suffering from a kind of pulling sensation from back of one eye. Its like pressure applying on and around my right eye. I am suffering from this 2 years but severity is little high from last 2 or 3 months. I have consulted eye doctor and he said there is no problem with my eyes. Later after suggestion from HealthCare Magic I consulted Neurologist. The Doctor conducted EEG & Brain map analysis test. And it is diagnosed as "Migraine without auro". Based on that doctor prescribed the medication.
Basically I am looking for a 2nd opinion from you. I can upload the reports and prescription if needed.

Brief Answer:
Continue treatment as advised by neurologist

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

At this age, unilateral periocular headache may occur due to glaucoma, migraine or trigeminal autonomic cephalgias.
Eye examination is normal and so glaucoma is ruled out.
Migraine without aura may be a possibility with unilateral throbbing headache, associated with nausea or vomiting or sensitivity to light or sound.

Trigeminal autonomic cephalgias like cluster headache presents with severe unilateral headache with redness and watering of eyes. Night time episodes may occur with sleep awakening.
Is there any nausea/ Vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound?
Duration of episodes of headache?

The medications for suspected migraine with out aura is right.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks Doctor for your quick and detailed reply.
On your first question my answer is, I am not having vomiting sensation to light/sound. And for another question my answer is, the pain duration is 3 to 4 hours and mostly b/w 11AM to 2PM everyday. Some times I am getting pain at irregular basis also.
My follow up question is, I have given medicines for 1 month now and asked me come after 1 month and basically I started taking medicines from 4 days back. I haven't seen much improvement as of today, so will it take some time to see any improvement?
Thanks in advance.
