
How Can I Overcome Overthinking And Stress Apart From Experiencing Slight Right Sided Throat Pain?

Sir as you know my major cause of stress is finished. Infact the fear of hiv and hbv was the main reason. Now my question is little bit different. When i thought my test is clear i feel very much relaxed. But still there is some kind of stress. Then again i thought no i am ok now i had defeated the fear .. i think my mind will take time to realise that i am ok now. How can i came out from these issues.. these are not big issues but i need to come out. Kindly suggest me something.
2nd sir i still sometime feel that i have throat right side slight pain. Now what you think about that. As my ent specialist already told me nothing is there. Should i give it some time ??? May be after stress reduction it will be normal?? Now i need to boost my immune system.. how can i do that?
