Question : I have gradually had limited use of my left hand and left arm over the last 3 years. I would have difficulty walking with my left leg when I drank the last 3 years. The walking is now getting worse all the time with left leg. started with walking uphill and now all the time.

I can certainly understand your concern

As per your symptoms the possibility of cerebrovascular disease in the form of stroke should be rule out.

For this I advise you to get MRI brain at the earliest.

It's advisable to quit alcohol.

Further management if any is largely based on test results
