Brief Answer:
Decrease

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.

The normal range of TSH is 0,4-4
Your actual result(0.54) is low and this means that it is necessary to decrease the dosis of your Synthroid.

I suggest to take 75mcg/day,20 min before food in the morning and repeat the TSH test after 6 weeks .

Let me know if i can assist you further
