Use moisturiser

Hello
Thanks for the query.
You are aged 70 and at this age skin looses moisture and hence become itchy.
I treat such cases with all day moisturising creams.
If you don't have access to good moisturiser you can try white petroleum jelly.
It works well.
At present you are applying a steroid cream and taking steroid tablet.
You can continue with small amount of cortisone cream mixed in lot of moisturising cream.
Stop taking steroid tablet it can damage your bones.
You van take fexofenadine tablet in morning and cetrizine tablet in night.
