Question : My son just informed me he has HP V virus and has had it for a year now and that he has warts and now going to planned parenthood for that ment ! How can I help him best as a mom ! I know nothing about this or if their is a cure?

Hi,

HPV is a viral infection which can be transmitted sexually if it is present in the genital area. It is better if you get his warts removed as they can be transmitted to his sexual partner. You need to contact a dermatologist and get them removed by electrocautery or chemical cautery.
