Question : how can pcos be detected
Hello,
PCOS is a spectrum of clinical signs and symptoms. It has to be diagnosed based on clinical signs, symptoms, blood investigations and imaging studies. Some people may also be asymptomatic. If you are having irregular cycles, hirsuitism, weight gain etc then these are usually the early signs of PCOS.You need to diagnosed clearly. If infertility is the issue here, then you will need treatment.
