I read your query and understand your concerns about the over medications.

First of all medically speaking xanax should be the first thing among the medications to stop at first followed by Ambien and sertraline. However if you are willing to go in the reverse order (sertraline first) following thing can be done to withdraw sertraline.

To avoid the withdrawal symptoms please follow the following schedule
Week 1
Tab sertraline 100 mg per day

Week 3
Tab sertraline 75 mg per day

Week 5
Tab sertraline 50 mg per day

Week 6
Tab sertraline 25 mg per day

Week 7
Tab sertraline 12.5 mg per day

Week 8
Stop it alltogetehr
