Question : I have a blister on my thigh where chaffing occurs. I do have wart causing HPV, but i am scared this is something else. This blister has been there for over two months and it hast burst so i dont think its herpes, but i just squeezed it a bit before and something came out.

Brief Answer:
Pyogenic granuloma

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us.
I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have reviewed the image.
I can see a moist, fleshy growth which seems most likeky to be pyogenic granuloma. Pyogenic granuloma is exuberant granulation tissue which grows rapidly as a result of trauma e.g ingrown hair in pubic region.
It can be cauterized with an electrocautery and that should be adequate for pyogenic granuloma.
