Brief Answer:
No

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.

Can you upload a photo so that I am better able to help?
From your description, there is no need to be worried since this is obviously small hematoma that went down around eyes which is called periorbital hematoma and this is common issue after frontal hit.
You should just put ice on both hematomas and rest. if there is loss of consciousness, progressive headache or vomit then you should do head scan. otherwise, just rest, take nonsteroid painkillers and ice it.

Wish you good health. Regards
