It seems to be freely XXXXXXX doesn’t feel like it’s firmly attached to underlying bone or surrounding muscle/skin. It’s never caused any pain
Brief Answer:
Most probably a lipoma
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
With an additional description that you have given this looks to be most probably a small lipoma.
Can be a sebaceous cyst as the second diagnosis.
A lipoma is freely XXXXXXX painless non-tender lump growing very gradually.
Ultrasound will confirm this.
Hope I have answered your query.
