Question : Also as i was brushing my tounge i noticed a small red like cut behind my tonsol behind the bell, i was wondering if that was cause because i smoke weed..

Just a normal pocket/fold of the tonsil.

I read carefully your question and I saw your photo.

The small cut you have notices is just a normal pocket of the tonsil. I don't notice nothing to worry about there. Our bodies are not totally symmetric in both sides.
