Question : I have 32 into 32mm cyst on right ovary with no echoes... so it is benign?

A simple, unilocular and anechoic cyst is likely to be a follicular cyst which is benign and often self-resolving.

Since the cyst is 3 cm. in size, observation is all that is needed. If there are any associated symptoms or developments or an increase in the size, active management becomes necessary.
