Brief Answer:
Seems to be furuncle, topical & oral antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be furuncle which is infection of the hair follicle.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.
I would recommend you to take tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 5 days and and apply mupirocin cream or neosporin ointment twice daily on the affected area for 5-7 days.
These will help to resolve the infection.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
