Hi...I understand your concern. Just check if her peripheral circulation is good or not. Sometimes the blood vessels might be crushed and hinder blood supply to the distal parts or finger pulp and nail bed. See if the finger pulp is warm or not.
For pain - Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose (maximum ceiling dose of 500mg) every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F or pain. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever, especially with Paracetamol.
