Question : Should I still have this leg rash after stopping dapsone and reducing prednisone? Had pericarditis, started dapsone 3 weeks ago, after sulfa allergy. Prednisone before this gave no rash. Bruise spreading, left leg more swollen.

I have gone through your complaints and it is very common to develop drug rash with dapsone.
It will take few weeks to settle down.
If your blood work up is fine there is no need to worry as rash will take sometime before it disappears.
