Question : Salivary gland malignancy? Do I see a doctor, dentist for this lump below my mid mandible diagnosed before I let anyone pick up a syringe or knife?
Also I have no teeth and have paid $15,000 for full upper and lower dentures, myself . Enough said, from me. Thanks

Hello dear. A careful examination before a knife is required for diagnose it properly. I would advice you to visit a head n neck surgeon. He will advise whether to go with biopsy first or a CT scan for the diagnosis. Dentist have little role to play.
