Question: Hi I found a lump in my breast below nipple which seemed to appear overnight and hurts now especially before my period

Since you are having a lump in your breast below the nipple and is hurting before your periods I would advise you to do bilateral mammography test.

If any space occupying lesion is found in the test then biopsy has to be done to rule out malignancy.

Yes I am going to the doctor tomorrow . But I can’t find any peace of mind :( I also forgot to mention that I did 1 ivf cycle in October . Can ivf hormones cause breast cancer ?
