How Can A Lump On The Buttock Be Treated?

Question: i have a knot or lump on my butt that has been there for at least 6yrs,i believe from a shot given back then but im not quite sure,it doesnt hurt but because ive lost weight i can feel and she it.What is it and could it be the reason ive lost weight?What is my next step?Can it be something harmful to my health.I was told it was dried up blood and not getting oxygen and to use hydrocodosone but that was 3yrs ago.

lump feels hard but inside skin,feels it moves but not from one side to the other,no moisture,feels like same size,another lump on right thigh same decription,i feel it when i sit in the tub,weight loss has been at least 30lbs in the last year and a half,loss of appetite,not sure if its because of the multiple meds i take for pain,hypertension,anxiety,and epilosey
