It all depends on what 'type' of mole & what 'cosmetic effect' is desired & the location 'site' of the mole.
But as a rule, i would prefer an 'Exciscion biopsy' lesional followed by subcutaneous or steristrip closure depending on the site.

location of mole is on upper side of lips (below nose) . Please suggest me that surgery can be done or not .?.

Hi there Again.
