How Can A Non-healing Blister On The Elbow Be Treated?

Question: About a week ago it appeared i had caused a blister on my elbow which I think happened when I had been spending a considerable amount of time using that elbow for support while it was also pressing against a wool blanket that the contact where the contact with the blanket irritated the area. I treated it with neosporin initially but it doesn't seem to be healing as fast as I thought it should. If I took a picture of it to show could you recommend what i should do to treat it?
Brief Answer:
Diabetes needs to be ruled out.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your query.
I have gone carefully through your query and have checked the attached image. The sore does not look good. You need to get your blood sugar levels checked to rule out diabetes which is a known cause of non healing ulcers. Otherwise continue to apply Neosporin. Please do not ignore this.
After you get the reports please upload the reports and I will guide you accordingly.
