Brief Answer:
Probable peri-anal abscess

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Pimple like something at the anal opening not allowing to sit for a long time but passing stool being no problem indicates that there may be a small peri-anal abscess that is developing.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Anti-inflammatory medications like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
It is better to take a course of an antibiotic so that the infection may resolve without any complications. You need a valid prescription of you Doctor and get a reference for a General Surgeon for proper diagnosis and further management if required.
I hope this answer helps you.

Great to know.
Reason is usually infection of the glands of skin or anal canal but difficult to pin-point.
Precautions as mentioned above and consult a General Surgeon asap.
