Question : plz suggest for a pimple my 5 year old son is having on his left eye. attached is the picture.

Thanks for the query and photograph.
Child has developed furuncle a bacterial infection.
I treat such cases with a combination of oral and topical antibiotics.
Apply ointment mupirocine twice daily and give him tablet cefixime 100 mg twice daily for a week.
This should help him.

in stead of tablet, can there b syrup as h is small to take tablet
