Brief Answer:
Mucosal cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the pictures.
This is a benign lesion possibly a mucosal cyst but as it has been ruptured by you, it is inflamed. You should apply kenacort gel aand take tablet diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase twice daily and tablet vitamin c once daily for a week...
Avoid any further trauma.
All the medicines i have prescribed you will be available only on prescription.
Follow up again with pictures so that i can assess for any improvement.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Tongue lesion

Detailed Answer:
Hi
From the appearance it doesn't seem to be malignant at all. It can be easily excised. My advice is you should wait for the infection to subsisubside completely and than consider surgerical intervention.
Thanks
