Question : I have a rash on my scrotum for the past month, I have been putting on Desitin but it's not helping the itch go away, what can I do ?

According to your complaints it seems to be dermatitis.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.
This should help in resolving rash and itching.
