Detailed Answer:
Hi there.
Dr. Purushottam Neurgankar welcomes you to HCM Virtual Clinic. I have gone through your query and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible.

First of all do not panic.

What you are describing can be due to razor blade sharp cuts on the skin and hair follicles being damaged.

The burning sensation can be reduced by applying some antiseptic ointment.
Please keep private parts clean and dry.

I would like to know about the bumps that you are mentioning. Do they look like fluid filled or pus filled?
And have you taken any medication for the same?

Please provide me with the information to help you in better way.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
