Brief Answer:
Topical steroid cream and oral antibiotic
Detailed Answer:
thank you.
I ll keep a possibility of eczematous dermatitis.
I suggest you to take a course of an oral antibiotic e.g Amoxicillin or Cephalexin, thrice daily for a week. In addition you must take an oral antihistamine e.g cerizine tab. once daily for symptomatic relief from itching. Topically I would suggest you to apply a potent topical steroid cream. e.g clobetasol propionate 0.05% cream (Tenovate cream), twice daily. Oral antibiotics and topical steroid cream are prescription medications whereas cerizine is available OTC.
