Question: I took a shower and noticed red spot on the head of my penis I have had unprotected vaginal intercourse three days ago. Any information greatly appreciated.

I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

The red spots do not seem like anything which is sexually transmitted. Also 3 days its not enough to develop symptoms. Anyway the sexually transmitted infections cannot be ruled out only by clinical symptoms but would need lab tests also.
If the red spots are painful and develop into blisters then it may be herpes infection.
You need to do a test with urethral secretions for Chlamydia and gonorrhea.
Also you need to get tested in the blood for HIV and syphilis.

If worse or not better I would recommend seeing a local doctor.
