Brief Answer:
Apply silicone gel
Detailed Answer:
Thank you. I have reviewed the Images.
It is a hypertrophic scar. He can use silicone gel to improve the appearance of scar. I don't think there is any need for s surgery.
Apply Kelocote gel Or Biocorneum gel, twice daily for 4-6 months

He has been using silicone gel for last six months now. There is not much improvement so he wants to go for surgery.Would you advice to go for rhinoplasty?
Brief Answer:
No need for surgery
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
There does'nt seem to be any need for rhinoplasty as there is no nasal deformity. It is a scar which is hyperpigmented and slightly raised.
He can try Lumacip-plus cream Or Clearz-Max cream for a few days. It has to be applied once at night. He may continue with the silicone gel during day time.
Regards
