Brief Answer:
Symptoms are suggestive of post stroke seizure

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have noted the patient's clinical details. Based on this, the most likely diagnosis is post-stroke seizure.

Evaluation would include MRI brain, EEG and serum electrolytes (sodium).

Anti-epileptic medication, sodium valproate, should be started to prevent further seizures.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health.
Regards,
