Question: Hi, I just notice I have a small bump inside my right ear

The bump in the picture is due to a hair follicle infection probably caused by finger picking or some object used to scratch inside the ear.
Apply an antibiotic ointment with a ear bud and keep the ear dry.
It will be fine in few days.
