Question: One soft but solid white bump on my inner upper lip. It does not hurt, itch or burn. No puss. What is it?

This is just a temporary boil. This is part of normal inflammatory process of body which will heal.

This will rupture in couple of days after softening out and release the content and the wound will heal.

This is not an STD or any major illness to worry about.
