Based on the fact and photograph that you have uploaded the while patch on your Glans Penis can be a early stage of BXO .
BXO is a variant of Lichen Planus and is a progressive skin disorder .
Using Steroid ( Methyl Prednisolone )ointment locally does help to arrest progress of the disease .
