Brief Answer:
lifestyle changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would suggest that you try to take meals at a fixed time, if possible.
Avoid skipping meals.
Avoid Alcohol, smoking, tobacco, deep fried foods, carbonated drinks, citrus fruits like orange and sweet lime.
Avoid mint and chocolate and red meat.
Limit tea or coffee to less than two cups a day.

Get regular exercise( 30 min of walk at least 3 - 4 times a week)

Avoid lying down for 3 hours after meals.

A 4 week course of omeprazole which is available as an over the counter medication should help.

Hope this helps
