Brief Answer:

Need evaluation and changes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes, the levels of uric acid, SGPT/SGOT as well as triglycerides are altered. The primary treatment for such changes includes dietary and lifestyle changes.

Note that increased body weight, alcohol, high protein consumption, high carbohydrate/fat consumption all lead to changes as seen in your blood reports. You should include measures to control the aforementioned factors.

I assume you are currently asymptomatic and do not take any kind of medications regularly.

If I am right, these tests need to be repeated say after a month or two after making those lifestyle changes. Further evaluation by your doctor will be conducted based on the results of repeat tests.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
