Question : Hi Doctor, My father has a regular check up with a Cardiologist Today. I have attached his ECG. Can you please check and let me know the status of his heart's health? He has previous history of CABG and also has two stents in his walls. Thanks, XXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma’am

After going through the medical details provided by you I understand your concern for your father’s health and I would like to tell you that the attached ecg is showing old signs of ischemia and some ectopic beats which are common in post CABG patients.

But only ECG can not tell you all so before giving my opinion on his heart health I would like to see his Heart ultrasound ( Echocardiography) and current symptoms if he has any. If you have got an Echocardiography done then kindly upload the reports if not then kindly get an Echocardiography done.

Kindly revert with required information so that I can assist you.

Kind Regards
