Brief Answer:
Still may not be this

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
First, STD must be proved and exact bacteria detected by swab test.
In case of clamidia or gonorrhea there is high possiblity that your sexual partner(husband) got new infection somehow, in most cases by sexual intercourse. But in some cases, man can have std for longer years and be infective and that parner "gets" it after some time. So your husband may have had it form before marriage(dormant std). This is seen in herpes or hpv infections. ALso, you may had std that actiated now, tjis is rare but possible.
But honestly in case of clamidia or gonorrhea, you should talk to him a bit and he must be tested too. Before talk, try to be sure that new STD is proved.
