At one and half months of pregnancy, abortion can be done safely with medicines. As these are prescription-only drugs, you need to visit a gynecologist and go for a abortion under proper medical supervision. After the bleeding stops, she will have to get an ultrasound abdomen to check if there are any leftover products of conception. If present then a D&C may have to be done. Mostly all the products will be expelled as its early stage.

I would suggest you meet a gynecologist as soon as possible for further treatment.
