Question : After having vigorous sex, with a girl who was not as lubricated as you would like for a tight fit, I had an abrasion that has since scabbed. Wondering if it looks like something worse. I only have one.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be due to friction associated with intercourse.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily for 7-8 days.
This should resolve it.
