Acute allergic reaction should be treated with a combination of antihistamine (Levocetirizine or fexofenadine) and anti-allergic (montelukast).
I think this is a prescribed drug and you may need a prescription for this from your local physician.

If despite this, the allergic condition doesn't improve within a while, then you may need stronger medications i.e. steroid shots(in that case, it'd be better to go to your nearest ER for a prompt management).
