Question : I have a small hole under my armpit. It's been there for month and won't heal

Its a cyst.

This looks like a cyst due to ingrown hair. As the hair irritates tissues, cyst appears around it. The best way to get rid of it is its removal. I suggest you to consult general surgeon.
