                                    Brief Answer:
Control of diabetes and incision of the abscess
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Since you have diabetes, this looks to be an infected sebaceous cyst. Please check if the diabetes is under control or not and get corrected treatment is required as per the fresh reports.
This may open up on its own or better would be to go for lancing that is Incision and drainage to get the infected material out and for early healing.
Continue the treatment as already advised considering the complex nature of your medical problems.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
