Brief Answer:
Remedy for Aquagenic Wrinkling of Palms

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Aquagenic wrinkling of Palms (AWP) is related to abnormal electrolyte fluxes across the sweat glands and sweat ducts of palmar skin.
Though there is no proven treatment for AWP, however, few patients have experienced relief with Aluminium Chloride Hexahydrate 20% lotion (Aldry lotion). You may apply it once daily, at night for 3-4 weeks for noticeable improvement.
Another reported treatment option is Botulinum toxin A injection which can be tried if 20% Aluminium chloride hexahydrate proves ineffective.
