Hi,

Blood and pain on urination usually implies that there is an urinary tract infection.

Some persons may also have frequency passing urine, urgency to urinate, fever, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting.

Treatment- (1)you would need a urinalysis at your doctor's office to confirm a urinary tract infection
Your doctor may also want to send a sample to the lab so that the type of bacteria present can be determined

(2)a lot of fluids to flush the urinary tract

(3)antibiotics would be needed

(4)cranberry products can help in some cases
