Question : I am getting blood in my stool. It had happened twice before few days ago. It happened again today. I had diarrhea a week ago. Now I am having constipation.

I would say blood streaked stool. It burns a little when my motion starts. Then blood drips out every time I try to push. some times stool comes out along with blood. Some times its just the blood dripping

Hi,

It looks like you are having anal fissure.

Take high fiber diet. Include lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Drink enough fluids.
Take Cremadiet Duo 2 scoops in 250 ml of water at bedtime.
Do sitz-bath for 10 minutes every day.(Sitz-bath is sitting in a tub of lukewarm water exposing your anal region to the lukewarm water).
After sitz-bath apply anovate to the anal verge.
