Brief Answer:
Use calcium supplements.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It's definitely low, but can be recovered easily. Since you are on breastfeeding, you need calcium supplementation.
I would recommend you following:
1. Cap GEMCAL DS.
2. Cap Uprise D3.
3. Increase the consumption of milk, eggs, and protein in the diet.
4. Do regular exercises.

I am hopeful you would recover well within 3 months.

This is my personal opinion based on the details available here.

Hope I have answered your query.
