How Can Brain Fog And Hashimoto's Disease Be Treated?

Question: I feel like my days are running together, im sleeping though. my brain fog is thick my memory is awful. I have hashimoto, and currently tapering steriods because they think i have autoimmune encephalitis but want to retest. what would cause me to feel this way?
