Question : large 3" (cellulitis?/walkin clinic) ruptured 3 days ago. Right leg inside upper thigh 6" from groin. Red, and very tender approx. 8"- 10" diameter. walk inn clinc would not treatit and said go to ER! that was Friday. IM afraid to go

As you prescribed the symptoms that seems like soft issues infection called cellulitis or erisipelas

In those conditions you need to have immediately antibiotics use. like Clindamycin 300 mg 3 times per day for at list 5-7 days.Please keep me informed for your further situation

Of corse if the situation geets worse you need to go ER
